
Port On-time Performance - Dashboard
This dashboard gives you an overview of “on-time performance” of all services calling at a particular port, separated out by departure & arrival. Additionally, each service is grouped together by trade lane.
Note that you are able to select the exact time frame for this graphic flexibly. For example, you can choose to include all of 2020’s arrivals & departures to/from a particular port, or simply go for March of 2020.
Filtering allows you to display only the information that you are interested in - here we are only viewing the port of Halifax and all services that call at this port, as well as arrivals and departures.

Trade Lane On-time Performance - Dashboard
This dashboard gives you an overview of “on-time performance” per selected trade lanes, by month. The top third of the dashboard presents the average delay of vessels, measured in days. The middle third indicates which share of vessels arrive on time during each month - note that you can choose what delay you consider to constitute “late”. The bottom third gives you the number of scheduled “proforma” sailings, compared to the amount of sailings that actually occurred.
Filtering allows you to display only the information that you are interested in - here we see the data filtered to only display the three main trades (head haul): Far East - North America, Far East - Europe, Europe - North America.

This view allows you to dig down to a “per service” level, showing on-time performance data at a particular port - average delay & percent of proforma calls that arrived on time - for your selection of months (here all months of 2020).
Filtering allows you to display only the information that you are interested in - here we see all services that call at the port of Halifax.

This view allows you to dig down to a “per port call” level, showing on-time performance data - actual deviation from proforma - for each port call in 2020, for any given time frame (here all of 2020).

Service On-time Performance - Detailed by Vessel
This view allows you to dig down to a “per port call” level, showing on-time performance data - actual deviation from proforma - for each port call in 2020, for any given time frame (here all of January 2020). In this view the data is organized by “vessel slot” assigned in the rotation of the service (e.g. Northern Jasper is assigned to the 5th slot in the rotation.

This view allows you to dig down to a “per port call” level on a given service, showing on-time performance data - actual deviation from proforma - for each port call within any given time frame (here all of 2020). In this view the data is organized by proforma “port order”.
Filtering allows you to display only the information that you are interested in - here we see all port calls on the CMA - CJX | COSCO SEA2 & AWE5 | EMC - PE1 | OOCL - SEAP service, during 2020.

Regional On-time Performance - Service Overview
This dashboard gives you an overview of “on-time performance” by region (countries selected), allowing you to to view average on-time performance of each service calling at each port within the selected region. Alternatively you are able to select a single port to view historical on-time performance of all services calling at that particular port.
Note that for simplicity of viewing this sample on this page we have filtered it down to only 5 services - the actual number of services calling at the selected ports is around 40+.
Filtering allows you to display only the information that you are interested in - here we are only viewing arrival performance at the Canadian ports of Halifax, Montreal, Prince Rupert & Vancouver, over the time period from Jan 2020 - Jan 2021.
